Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges: We offer free shipping on all orders over a certain value. For orders below this value, a standard shipping fee will be applied.
  • Delivery estimates: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • COAL Beauty Private Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  •  If you received your order damaged, please contact us at reachus@coalcleanbeauty.com to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
